Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy using the 'BUY ME - Add To Shopping Cart' button and the items will be automatically added to your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. If you know what you are looking for, you can search the site quickly using the Search button, or use the Map button to quickly access any part of the catalogue. We accept credit card payment (see also Credit Card Security below). If you are shopping from outside of the United Kingdom, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency when they bill you using the current exchange rate. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Switch. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information securely over the Internet using 128 bit encryption or via phone, fax or snail mail.
Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our secure computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Shipping And Handling
Inside United Kingdom - £1.50 for orders up to £19.99, £3.50 for orders £20 to £50. FREE delivery on orders over £50. Goods are sent insured by Royal Mail.
Outside United Kingdom - £7 for orders up to £100. FREE delivery on orders above £100. Goods are sent insured by either Air Mail or Standard Courier, depending on value and weight.
Delivery Schedule
We will process your order promptly and we will normally despatch it within 2 business days, subject to availability. In the UK please allow up to 5 working days for goods to arrive. Outside of the UK delivery times can vary according to destination, please allow between 5 to 14 days. We can supply an express service if you require your order urgently. There will be an additional charge for this, please contact us for a quote.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
Overseas buyers are responsible for all taxes, duties and charges levied by Customs authorities.
Guarantee /Cancellation Rights
We guarantee your satisfaction. You may cancel your order within 7 working days after the day you receive your order, for any reason. You will only be expected to pay the cost of returning the goods to us. Your money will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation. Please email first before returning goods. Please note that this does not apply to Monogramme bears which are personalised for you, these may only be returned if they are faulty.

Complaints
If you have a complaint about any aspect of our service or goods received please contact us as above. We will acknowledge your complaint within five working days and we will advise you how long we anticipate that it will take to resolve your complaint. We will try to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible.

Conditions of Sale
1.In these conditions of sale 'the Company' means Teddy Bear UK.
2.These conditions shall apply to all orders received and accepted unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by the Company.The giving of an order by the customer constitutes acceptance of these terms.
3.The ownership of the goods passes to the customer upon payment of the goods in full by the customer.
4.Claims in respect of goods damaged in transit or shortages must be notified to the Company within 10 days of receipt of the goods.
5.Claims for non-delivery of goods must be received by the Company within 14 days of the date of the order.
6.The contract shall be construed in accordance with, and governed by, English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts
